MLHS ensures high quality, professionally coordinated services to individuals, frail elderly, physically and mentally challenge who require a program of care to support their needs in the home and community.

MLHS provides services to all waiver recepients of the Nursing Home Without Walls (NHWW), HIV Community Care Program(HCCP), Residential Alternative Community Care Program (RAACP), List Programs, and the Medically Fragile Community Care Program (MFCCP)

 

Nursing Services:

Services Provided by a Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practitioner/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) providing services within his/or her scope of practice permitted under Hawaii State Statutes.

 

Respite Care Services (Short Term Relief)

Services provided to relieve the normal caregiver or a family member needing a relief or a vacation.

 

ATTENDANT CARE SERVICES (MFCCP only)

Hands on care of both supportive and health related nature, specific to the needs of a medically stable, physically handicapped child.
