The Adult Day Health Activities Coordinator plans, organizes, and leads engaging daily activities that promote participant’s physical, cognitive, social, and emotional well-being.

They develop monthly activity calendars, coordinate special events and community outings, and adapt programs to meet the individual needs and abilities of participants.
